**Sales representative/ Sales manager**
Job responsibilities:
1.Manage growth in sales by developing plans jointly with sale senior team for customer contact efforts, trade shows, seminars, and conferences.
2.Perform analysis on region opportunities and create forecasts for sales results.
3.Implements sales plans of distributors, special promotions in the achievement of sales goals in the Jurisdiction region
4.Prepares regular and special reports reflecting activity and results of the sales efforts.
5.Attend weekly sales meeting with sales senior management team and provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
6.Provide product specific customer feedback (i.e., product features, functionality, competition, OEM; plan in the aftermarket industries and possible sales results) to managers, Company management, or customer service personnel as appropriate.
7.Responsible for identifying and continuously improving activities that can affect customer perceptions.
8.Analyzes marketing potential of new and existing customers, sales statistics, and expenditures to formulate policy.
9.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Job Requirements:
1. Good interpersonal and marketing skills. Engine parts sales experience is preferred.
2. Ability to accurately analysis engine faults.
3. Ability to do the marketing research, and who has the strong personal connections in the field of heavy-duty engines would take priority
4. Be familiar with office software.
5. Work proactively and have a strong willingness to learn.
6. Able to accept regular business trips.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
