Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and services. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to analyze data will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

**Duties**:

- Receive and process incoming transport orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure prompt delivery.
- Utilize transportation management software for tracking and updating shipments.
- Analyze data for informed transportation planning and routing decisions.
- Monitor vehicle locations in real-time using GPS systems.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, providing instructions and updates as needed.
- Maintain precise records of all dispatch activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency and resolve issues.

**Skills**:

- Accurate and detail-oriented data entry abilities.
- Proficiency in dispatch procedures.
- Understanding of transportation planning and logistics.
**- Familiarity with Pro Transport or similar software.**
- Effective communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities for addressing challenges.
- Knowledge of Samsara GPS systems for Trucks tracking.
- Understanding of supply chain management and 3PL processes.
**- Experience with DAT Load Board, Trucks Stop Load Board, J.B. Hunt, and other brokers' load boards**
**- Experience as a Freight Dispatcher of at least two years**
**- Knowledge of DOT Regulations and Logbook**
