Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, flexible, reliable and dependable Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service

**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory levels, pricing, and customer information.

**Skills**:

- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using phone systems for customer interactions.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Rolling Meadows, IL 60008: Relocate before starting work (required)
