**What you'll do**:
- Oversees Day-to-Day operations of the Client Services Department.
- Manage support ticketing system and moves tickets through support pipeline.
- Accepts incoming client requests and acts as level one technical support for client issues.
- Prepares daily schedule for service technicians and manages service department's sales orders.
- Audits all service calls for proper billing.
- Ensures that vans are properly maintained, and inventories are stocked.
- Works with design/engineering and sales departments on system documentation and proposals. Part of on-call remote service team. Responsible for all billing and invoicing of daily service calls.
- Follow-up on overdue invoices.
- Maintains low AR in accounting system for service call.
- Responsible for all RMAs to manufacturers and works with Technical Support Manager to resolve repair requests.
- Run weekly Client Services Department Standup meeting and open case review
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in low voltage/home automation technologies
- Ownership mindset
- Superb verbal and written communication abilities with clients.
- 5+ years of experience in low voltage, audiovisuals, security, in a residential setting
- Crestron, Lutron, Savant, Control4 experience preferred.
- Networking experience: Cisco and Unifi experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
