**Duties**:

- You will assist with Reserve specific program guidance and materials for the Warrior and Family Support Program.
- You will ensure that all Warrior and Family Support Programs' analysis, evaluation, and requirements throughout the Navy Reserve are standardized.
- You will provide interpretation and implementation of policies, short and long-term planning, information and referral, and education and training.
- You will act as a consultant and technical resource advisor to Navy Reserve Activities and Commanding Officers concerning program issues.

**Education**:
**Applicants must meet the following Basic Requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess**:
**Degree**: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.

or

**Combination of education and experience** that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.

or

**Four years of appropriate experience** that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
