LED Flex is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for over 10 years and is looking to add an experienced **Specification Sales Manager**. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LED Flex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products. The ideal applicant will have an in-depth experience in the US compliance policies. Ideally you will be located in New York, NY.
- **Position Overview**:_

As the Specification Sales Manager for our New York territory, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the architectural and design community. You will collaborate closely with specifiers, architects, lighting designers, and contractors to promote our products and secure specifications for projects ranging from commercial buildings to hospitality spaces.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the New York region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the architectural and design community.
- Cultivate strong relationships with specifiers, architects, lighting designers, and contractors to influence product specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from design concept to installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product innovation.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in specification sales within the lighting industry, with a focus on architectural or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of lighting design principles, LED technology, and architectural specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the New York market and existing relationships within the architectural and design community preferred.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Drivers license in the USA (required)
