**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a talented **Customer Development Specialist **to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, engaging with homeowners, and driving sales to meet and exceed our revenue goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers in residential areas to introduce them to our home remodeling services.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our products and services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for in-home consultations with our design and sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably in the home remodeling industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with homeowners.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of home remodeling products and services is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
