As a System Reimbursement Manager, your principal duties and accountabilities will include managing reimbursement activities and initiatives around government reimbursement. Primary responsibilities will include managing Medicaid supplemental programs, review and impact analysis of Medicare and Medicaid regulatory changes,, implementing strategies and programs that enhance reimbursement management practices, and monitoring and communicating changes in government programs..

**Principal Duties and Accountabilities**:

- Manages the healthcare organization's reimbursement activities and initiatives, including Medicaid supplemental programs.
- Identifies and implements strategies, policies, procedures and programs for all aspects of reimbursement management practices.
- Monitors and communicates federal and state regulatory proposals and changes regarding healthcare reimbursement and providing effective solutions to address reimbursement issues.

**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of intensive experience with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, minimum of two (2) years of management experience.
