Reimbursement Case Manager Opportunity

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Reimbursement Case Manager to join our team. As a Reimbursement Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients have access to essential specialty products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients and providers, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Coordinate access to therapies and follow up on support services to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage patient information, validate records, and assist with applications to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Perform reimbursement activities, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
  • Report Adverse Events and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, insurance, or healthcare.
  • 3+ years of experience in reimbursements.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
On-boarding Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening
  • 2 verifiable employment references
