Timekeeper/hr Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter time against Work Orders when applicable.
- Record and maintain accurate records of employee time off.
- Monitor attendance and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Generate reports on timekeeping data as required.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping and payroll.
- Accurately allocate/enter time for a large population of field employees via client timekeeping system, i.e. Track, CDMS.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Review weekly billings for accuracy.
- Provide Daily Force Reports to Site Management
- Administer recruitment and selection processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Timekeeper or in a similar role.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of timekeeping systems and software.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 10 Key by touch
- Type 60+ WPM

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting, business administration, HR or a related field is a plus.
- years of experience in timekeeping/HR or related administrative roles.
