**Crown Hyundai is hiring an experienced Warranty Administrator for its busy service department**

This position is responsible for preparing, recording and submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciling them accordingly. Maintains 100% compliance with warranty policies and procedures.

The position reports to the Service Manager and informs them of all areas of non-compliance and status on warranty claims. Maintains 100% compliance with warranty policy and procedures in all areas of influence.

**Requirements include**:
- Up to one year experience as an automotive dealer warranty administrator preferred- Automotive mechanical repair knowledge- General working knowledge of automobiles, their systems and how they relate to each other- Math skills- Writing skills- Interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills- Current driver's license- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen- Professional appearance and demeanor- High school diploma
