SmartFinancial is a leading insurance technology company working on building tools to make the insurance shopping process better, simpler, and more effective. We are experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our People Operations team
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various teams
- Consult with hiring manageress to discuss position requirements, recruiting strategy, and timelines to fill jobs
- Call/cold call applicants and sourced talent
- Maintain recruiting reports and measure performance against metrics
- Plan and execute recruiting events
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Expert multi-tasker with the ability to balance urgency and thoroughness
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and high-performance environment
- Tech-savvy and can work consistently within our ATS system and G-suite
- Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Pay: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
