Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist
The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist plays a vital role in attracting, identifying, and engaging top talent for our organization. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, creating talent attraction programs, and forming partnerships to enhance the candidate pipeline, with a focus on hiring diverse individuals.
Location: Hybrid role based in one of our Fortune Brands hub locations (North Olmsted, OH; Maumee, OH; Oak Creek, WI; or Deerfield, IL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage technology and resources to proactively source and engage with potential candidates.
- Utilize talent insights from market research to drive recruiting strategies.
- Engage and network with passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and recommend sourcing strategies.
- Track and report key sourcing metrics for strategy effectiveness.
- Build relationships with diversity organizations and key partnerships to increase brand awareness.
- Measure recruiting efforts against DEI goals.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Experience in talent pipeline programs and diverse sourcing channels.
- Strong relationship building and networking skills.
- Project management experience with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Travel requirement of up to 20%.
