Microtransit Operations Supervisor

PT Operations Supervisor (Sat + Sun 5pm-9pm): Starting at $24.07/hour

PT Operations Supervisors are responsible for the following duties, in addition to those listed for PT Team Members:

- Oversee the daily operations of a team of On Demand and Part Time Team Members.
- Ensure adherence to trip schedules and program guidelines.
- Address rider concerns and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and program managers.
- Assist with training and development of new team members.
- May drive when necessary. Other duties as assigned.
- 8 hours per week; may be combined with a PT Team Member role (see below) for up to 19 hours per week. (For example, Sat + Sun 11:30am-5pm Team Member, 5pm-9pm Supervisor; or a more flexible Team Member schedule with additional shifts throughout the week).

Additional qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role (banking, retail, transportation, or similar).

PT Team Member: Starting at $21.00/hr

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate TriTown Connector vehicles to transport passengers according to designated routes and schedules.
- Provide clear and courteous communication with riders, ensuring they receive timely trip information.
- Assist with dispatching duties as needed, including taking calls and scheduling rides.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with riders, fellow team members, and the community.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Up to 19 hours per week.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with and ability to navigate computer systems and tablets required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $24.07 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 19 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
