We are looking for motivated individuals who can commit 35+ hours per week Tuesday-Friday mid day shifts & Saturdays 8-4pm. This is an hourly position with hourly base pay plus commissions & bonus on studio performance. 
Position:
The role of the Studio Supervisor is  to work with the team in promoting the growth of the studio with new membership sales by following up with digital leads  phone/text and booking them into Intro Sessions and converting to Memberships. The role also assists with retaining current members with a top-of-the-line member experience & customer service. Track studio KPIs thru Club Ready Reports. Grassroots Marketing & Social Media Marketing to grow the StretchLab brand awareness, fun out of studio pop up events to drive clients to the studio. Fitness or wellness knowledge, membership sales, customer service and keyholder experience is required. This is a full-time position, 32+ weekly hours, Tue, Wed & Thurs 2-8pm, Fri 1-6pm & Saturdays 8-4pm. Advancement opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, membership sales presentation & close.
  • Book and confirm stretch appointments & intro sessions. Assess first time appointments.
  • Social Media Studio posting, Email marketing, Grassroots Marketing, out of studio pop up events.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants
  • Maintain a high level of member retention with exceptional customer service & proactive communication. 
  • Maintain a high level of membership sales production & sales goals
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services, memberships & packages to current & prospective members
  • Book quality appointments and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
  • Run weekly reports to track studio KPI's 
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Key Holder, ensure the studio is closed in the PM.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Excellent membership sales, phone & text communication and customer service skills required.
  • Health, Wellness or Fitness Membership Sales experience required.
  • Social Media & Canva knowledge
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch 
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday.
  • Fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
  • Able to work under pressure, time management, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient computer skills, customer service & phone etiquette.
