We need a dynamic individual with a mix of Sales and leadership experience. You'll leverage your deep industry knowledge and sales acumen to navigate complex sales cycles, effectively closing deals on large-loss restoration projects. Are you capable of effectively negotiating and building relationships with clients and team members alike? This is an opportunity to work on significant, impactful projects in the property restoration sector.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- A supportive team environment with a focus on professional development
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and coaching
- Drive business growth by closing sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including insurance adjusters and property management firms.
- Ability to assess client needs and articulate the value of our services will be crucial in not only meeting but exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
