**Summary Description**

Responsible for assisting in the marketing of the Company, including maintaining the website, creating and implementing advertising and marketing materials, and coordinating tradeshow attendance.

**Essential Requirements**

General understanding of marketing concepts and principles. Provides assistance to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in developing marketing initiatives, materials and resources. Assists with the development of marketing budgets and monitoring of ongoing marketing costs.

Implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives. Oversees/coordinates advertising programs, opportunities summaries and marketing/sales events such as trade shows and conferences. Responsible for assisting in creating and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of Company products and services. Assists in development of sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.

Performs work with moderate supervision. Provides coaching, training and/or mentoring to fellow employees.

Coordinates with outside communications consultant, trade organizations, and marketing and website service providers.

**Additional Duties and Responsibilities**
- Tradeshows: secure booths, hotel reservations, booth furnishings, insurance certification, and coordinate shipments;
- Websites: use WordPress to update and modify Mazzei website, monitor IST website and work with external website service provider to maintain website;
- Marketing Materials: development (write, proof, print, etc.) brochures, banners, catalogs using Adobe InDesign, including maintaining high quality and consistency throughout;
- Maintain social media presence;
- CRM: assist Sales Team in inserting and updating ACT database. Pull reports of Sales Team Opportunities;
- Advertising: write and implement advertising initiatives including e-Blasts using eMarketing;
- Presentations: assist in drafting, proofing and formatting PPT presentations for Sales Team;
- Technical Materials: design technical materials when needed, update materials when requested, and make certain that all locations (Shared Drive, Dropbox and website) have updated, accurate documents;
- Price Lists: prepare and distribute formal Price Lists making certain that Shared Drive, Dropbox and Accounting Drive have current versions;
- Adobe Acrobat Pro: edit documents for staff when needed including proofing, organizing pages, adding headers/footers, etc.;
- Marketing Budget: based on previous years’ spending, assist in development of budget for use by management and monitor actual costs throughout the year;
- Photography: take photos of Mazzei products as needed. Keep digital files of photos. Using Photoshop, enhance photos, remove background, etc. to highlight equipment;
- Case Studies: write (often based on white papers) for Sales Team;
Ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:_
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2-4 years of experience;
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.
- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:_
- Detail oriented and high level of accuracy;
- Good communication and presentation skills;

Pay: $57,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
