We offer flatbed, dry vans, drayage, specialized, warehousing, and brokerage. We operate on safety, transparency, and being proactive to serve our customers.

**Account Executive Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue by onboarding new customers.
- Generate qualified leads based on target markets and verticals.
- Build and execute sales pipeline in CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Strategically seek new solutions with existing customers to grow market share.
- Demonstrate in-depth industry knowledge with the ability to identify, understand, and service the customers’ needs.
- Manage day-to-day communication with owned and assigned customers.
- Analyze and understand market trends to properly provide solutions and pricing.
- Participate and lead all customer quoting (RFQ, RFI, and RFP).
- Create effective proposals and be confident in presenting pricing requests.
- Plan and execute customer business reviews.

**Skills & Qualifications**

To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty effectively. The requirements listed below represent the skills, knowledge and ability needed to perform at a high level.
- 2+ years in Logistics/3PL/Brokerage sales
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Domestic Full Truckload experience
- Experience in full sales cycle
- TMS knowledge and understanding
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-directed with the ability to problem solve with mínimal oversight
- Highly organized
- High sense of urgency
- Experience developing sales strategy
- CRM experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year
