Part Time Office Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Working Hours**: Flexible schedule for additional hours, but **requires to be on site at our Hell’s Kitchen office between 11-1pm Monday through Friday**

**About PermitFlow**:
We’ve raised $5.5m+ led by Initialized Capital, Y Combinator, and the founders and executives from Zillow, PlanGrid, Thumbtack, Opendoor, Bluebeam, Uber, Twitter, HubSpot, Procore, Yelp, Brex, and more.

Our team is remote first and consists of architects, structural engineers, permitting experts, and workflow software specialists, all who have personally experienced the pain of permitting.

***What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate employee and guest access to our space and ensure a pleasant office experience
- Coordinate lunch, restock our in-house pantry, and overall ensure a well-stocked and clean kitchen and manage cleaning staff
- Manage in-office budget and expenses
- General office upkeep such as kitchen devices (coffee machines, water filters), conference room tech / printer, and watering office plants
- Work closely with building and outside vendors to ensure employees experience a smooth work environment
- Provide support for event and meeting planning
- Oversee mailing, including Amazon & Instacart deliveries, office supplies etc
- Partner closely with Chief of Staff to further develop office culture

***Qualifications & Fit**:

- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a flexible / self-motivated approach to business management
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant will be a plus
