On-Site Representative

ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVE (Part-Time)
(Bilingual English/Spanish)
Schedule:Monday - Friday (start time between 6:00AM - 7:00am (4-6 hours per day)
2 Worksites: Ontario & Rancho Cucamonga, CA (This position will start part-time and may lead into a full time position)
Pay rate: $20/hr+ (DOE)
Staffing agency is looking for an On-site Rep to work between 2 warehouse locations in Ontario & Rancho Cucamonga, (home base will be in Ontario), your own transportation is required.
We will consider candidates with experience working in the warehouse industry as a Warehouse Lead, will oversee upwards of 30 seasonal associates.
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Check in/out associates on premises and report to client on a daily basis
Conduct safety walk-throughs
Provide client a quality service by taking care of their needs and concerns in regards to employees' work conduct
Maintain a clear and safe environment by continuously walking the floor to catch unsafety work practices and address them to employees
Report injuries
Will communicate with associates in English and/or Spanish as needed
Constant communication with client and employees
Will process applications for walk-ins (training will be provided) all applications are processed on-line.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working as an on-site representative or warehouse worker, any HR experience is a plus
* Own transportation, Valid Driver's License and Current Car Insurance Coverage
* Computer Skills/Experience
* Data Entry Skills
* Good oral and written communication
* Lead or Supervisory Experience
* A people person, ability to "get along well with others"
