**Compensation**:
$51,500 - $58,500 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and engage with our audience on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Help analyze social media data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to enhance social media presence.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and developments in social media marketing and make recommendations for optimization.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing social media calendars.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
