Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the Group’s marketing content strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Lead the marketing content creation, including design, of marketing materials including corporate brochures, reports, presentations, newsletters, etc.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead the development and production, on appropriate software platforms, of high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • If necessary, develop and manage social media content on platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Create a weekly activity report detailing important information, stories, and developments within the industry.
  • Monitor social media analytics using various tools, track KPIs, and provide quarterly reports on the effectiveness of social media efforts to management.
  • Coordinate with leadership on PR and brand related activities.
  • Assist the IT department with updating the Company website as needed.
  • Stay actively informed of the public relations initiatives of competitors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Job Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience, including the handling of corporate communications, original writing and editing, graphic design, and use of applicable software., preferably in the energy industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High competence in writing and designing sophisticated, engaging social media content.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Expert in using content creation and design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Must possess HTML skills, proficiency using SharePoint, Office 365 tools, and the ability to quickly learn other online software tools.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems, including marketing analytics and tracking tools.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision, ensuring deadlines are strictly adhered to in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
