**Duties**:

- Greet and check-in guests with reservations or walk-ins
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or reservations
- Utilize POS system to take orders either on the phone or online orders
- Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay

**Requirements**:

- Previous restaurant experience is helpful
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and guest relations
- Asian food knowledge is a plus (Sushi and Asian Cuisine)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help maintain a positive guest experience
