- ** Receptionist —** Receive incoming telephone calls, determine nature of business, and route to appropriate staff
- **Visitor Management —** Receive visitors, determine the nature of business, and escort them to appropriate staff
- ** Mail** **Management — **Assist with receipt and distribution of incoming mail
- **Filing — **Create, tab, and file paper files, indexes, and other documents
- **Data Entry —** Perform data entry and typing
- ** Office Technology —** Use office equipment like computers, fax, copier, scanner, mail equipment, etc.
- ** Calendar Management —** Schedule telephone conference and in-person and video hearings
- ** Case Processing Inquires —** Initiates inquiries about case processing
- **Judicial Inquiries —** Responds to appeal inquiries on behalf of the Administrative Judge (AJ) of the office
- ** Customer Service — **Respond to public, appellants, etc. about potential, pending, and past appeals, procedures, etc.

**EDUCATION**
- Preference for Bachelor’s degree

**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Preference for 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong preference for some legal experience
- Basic knowledge of commonly used legal concepts, practices, and procedures
