The **Director of Clinical Services** who will be responsible for the overall managing, coordinating, supervising and implementing treatment programs and the delivery of services in an effective manner for all of the In-Patient and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor programs that promote clinical therapy and sound therapeutic care. Develop and deliver practices and protocols that support Florida mental health code and Joint Commission standards. Ensures programs adhere to standards of care of patients.
- Establish and oversees the therapeutic environment of clinical services as evidenced through supervision and patient feedback. Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary treatment team regarding the patients’ continuum of care. Builds professional collaboration and teamwork with other clinical areas, business development and financial services.
- Develops, communicates and revises policies and procedures for clinical programming to provide guidelines for operations including protocols, performance criteria, and integration of services.
- Evaluates facility educational needs related to clinical services and promotes training and in-service to address learning deficiencies.
- Hires, supervises, evaluates and disciplines staff and/or monitors management of staff. Communicates policy, procedure, work expectations and standards of care. Meets with staff members on an ongoing basis to review performance and provide feedback, guidance and instruction as needed.
- Maintains fiscal accountability for department.
- Maintains quality improvement data and executes process improvements. Benchmarks best practices and sets strategic goals. Measures programming and interventions against expected outcomes and modifies as indicated. Reports outcomes measures as required. Provides for quality and timely reports/documentation on a monthly/quarterly basis, as required. Attends daily, monthly, quarterly as expected.
- Performs marketing, outreach and development function to maintain positive and open relations with referral sources, as assigned.
