Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for cardiovascular services, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and service-line performance metrics.
- Ensure a system-oriented approach to service-line development, coordinating resources, standards of care, operating procedures, physician practice, and coverage.
- Develop and implement effective quality assurance and customer service audits to ensure program integrity.
- Measure, assess, and improve the quality of care through ongoing programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience, with clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, and project planning skills.
HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383-bed hospital located in Bradenton, FL, with a 13-acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches. We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto Counties, and we have received verification by the American College of Surgeons. Our services include 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement, and inpatient rehabilitation.
