We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join Nivoda's supplier relations team. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with suppliers throughout the US, collaborating to enhance their business growth and provide exceptional support. Working closely with the supplier onboarding, tech support, delivery, and fulfilment teams, this individual will help ensure maximum success of US suppliers onto our platform.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with US-based suppliers, acting as a strategic ally to drive their business growth and success on the platform.
- Ensure comprehensive listing of suppliers' entire inventories and stock on the Nivoda.
- Conduct periodic reviews on delivery times, QC data and IDQ to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with expired and inactive suppliers to reactivate their accounts and facilitate long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with the suppliers and the Nivoda tech team to ensure stock availability.
- Enhance IDQ of supplier inventory, ensuring image and video quality meets Nivoda's technical specifications.
- Minimise sold-out instances within supplier accounts by implementing hold API and working with suppliers to prevent already sold stock from being listed on the Nivoda platform.
- Boost supplier sales and overall customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate competitive terms and pricing.
- Educate suppliers about our platform and new features as they are introduced.
- Assist suppliers with logístical deliveries when shipments encounter periodic delays.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Articulate written and verbal communicator, demonstrating a customer first approach.
- Attentive and empathetic listener, adept at comprehending supplier concerns and needs.
- Skilled and proactive problem solver, can identify issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in utilising CRM software. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Consistently demonstrates initiative and accountability, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and following up as necessary.
- Willing and able to travel across the United States as necessary to collaborate with suppliers in person.
