Potential for permanent employment based on performance during the temporary period.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Temporary Customer Service Manager to join our team until our current Customer Service Manager returns from leave in January.

This position is ideal for someone who loves dogs, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, manage customer relations, and ensure that our high standards of service are consistently met.

There is a possibility for this position to become permanent based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the resort team to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs of our canine and feline guests.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Train and mentor front desk staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Address any special requests or needs of our clients and their pets.
- Monitor and maintain the resort’s appearance, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist with social media and marketing efforts to promote the resort's services and special events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a hospitality or pet care environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
- Passion for working with dogs and understanding of their needs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
