Maintenance Director

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all maintenance activities within the facility
- Maintain high voltage systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance projects from inception to completion
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals for effective maintenance procedures
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and management
- Implement facilities management best practices to optimize operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in maintenance management or a related field
- Proficiency in high voltage systems maintenance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Fluency in English for clear communication within the team
- Experience in facilities management is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead a maintenance team
