Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our skilled nursing facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

• Maintenance and Repair: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance activities of the maintenance department, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervision and Training: Supervise and train maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Standardization and Quality Control: Assist in developing and implementing procedures for performing daily maintenance tasks, ensuring consistency and quality in all aspects of maintenance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with state, local, and federal regulations, including OSHA guidelines and safety protocols.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good working order.
• Emergency Response: Participate in emergency response planning and training, ensuring that all maintenance personnel are prepared to respond to any situation that may arise.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance director or supervisor in a skilled nursing facility.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and any other certifications required by state or local regulations.
