**Business Development & Proposal Coordinator**

An innovator in the logistics industry is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development & Proposals Coordinator to help support and guide our fast growing business. The company is expanding its student storage division, which focuses on innovative storage solutions for colleges and universities.

As the Business Development & Proposal Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development team by coordinating proposal development, managing proposal submissions, and assisting with various business development activities. We are looking for a person with strong analytical and research skills; someone who is well organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the entire RFP responses, from initial inquiry to final submission
- Develop, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and track their status
- Assist in researching and identifying potential business opportunities
- Maintain and update business development databases and CRM systems
- Support the development of business development strategies and plans
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing materials, presentations, and other business development documents
- Serve as a liaison between the Business Development team and other departments.
- Coordinate communications with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
- Assist in organizing and attending business development meetings, events, and conferences
- Collect and analyze data on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings and analysis
- Manage multiple business development projects simultaneously
- Track project progress and ensure all deadlines are met
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Business Development Manager/Director

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in proposal coordination, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in proposal development.

**Compensation**
- Salary _

$48,000 - $65,000 annually based on experience and education + potential bonus
- Benefits_

**Additional Requirements**
- Must be willing to work in an office setting
- Ability to travel locally and domestically, as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
