Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on our clients’ experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating and confirming Service Visits with clients.
- Sending daily reports to clients.
- Proactively reaching out to clients with service offers.
- Occasionally meeting with clients on the job site.
- Managing client accounts and making sure proper paperwork is in place.
- Invoicing clients / Following up on outstanding invoices.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
