**Financial Services Professional: Entry-Level**
Strategic Financial Group is a comprehensive financial planning firm focused on delivering exceptional financial planning services to individuals, families, and business owners. As a General Agency of MassMutual, a Fortune 100 company, we are backed by a mutually owned company that has helped people keep their promises, protect their families, and support their communities since 1851.
As a Financial Advisor you will work directly with individuals, business owners, and families to help them navigate and secure their financial future. Our clients are at the heart of our business, and we put their goals and objectives at the forefront of our work. As you work alongside experienced professionals, you will be a part of a team who will guide you to build a sustainable practice. You will have access to a host of tools, resources, and training to develop and continually improve your skill set.
**This job requires a Bachelor's Degree and permanent residency or Citizenship.**
**You will**:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients
- Work with clients in the areas of financial position, risk management, retirement planning, tax management, wealth accumulation, and estate planning
- Drive a world-class client experience
- Develop a market of clients by prospecting, networking, and engaging in community initiatives
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal & external partners and teammates
- Is passionate about financial wellness
- Is a self-starter
- Is coachable
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Has an overall mindset of continuous improvement
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has a high EQ (emotional intelligence)
- Embodies the highest level of professionalism
- Is able to build and maintain relationships with others
- Currently has the following licenses (or is willing to obtain them within the first 6 months of hire): Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66
