**Position Summary**

***Essential Functions**
- Gain an in-depth understanding of existing business processes, functions, roadmap, and
- Effectively communicate new features and feature changes to various levels of the organization (Developers, QA, sponsors, CEO, etc.).
- Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to obtain high-level requirements and compose and document detailed
- level functional requirements from those high-level requirements.
- Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders and the software development team on projects and
- Utilize software development design tools and processes (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, ) to communicate business requirements and functions.
- Identify and assess gaps in existing software functionality, to include escalating issues with and risks to the software
- Partner with teams on software defect analysis, troubleshooting and

**Required Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst deploying enterprise software
- 5+ years of experience in writing software specifications, including business requirements, use cases, and interface specifications.
- 5+ years of experience with agile software development methodology and designing enterprise business
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence a plus
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, JQuery, NodeJS a plus
- Mortgage industry experience and knowledge strongly
