Job Description:The Data and Business Analyst at client Digital Services Development is to deliver meaningful insights for our brands, products and services to expand our business and strengthen our customer experience and relationship. The data and analytics will focus on the vehicle diagnostics data, customer value and experience to deliver the best end-to-end customer experience in the industry.

As Data and Business Analyst, you are responsible with the following:- Analyze and visualize enrollment, BEV, vehicle diagnostics data and identify gaps- Be the data and business subject matter expertise for architects, engineers, developers, and other various technical teams.- Gather, refines and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues- Analyze business operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to look for opportunities for enhancment.- Assist in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed- Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to specifications- Facilitate communication and gains commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategies- Develop complex business cases- Work on multiple projects as a project team member- Assist with facilitating project governance and corporate priorities

Academic/Experience/Competency:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.- 3 to 5 years of data, analytics, visualization, and IT work experience- 3 to 5 years of data and business analyst experience- Advanced ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole- Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex data projects- Advanced ability to test and focus on the quality of deliveries- Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the technical risks identified- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Take personal ownership and responsibility for all deliverables- Ability to create and present materials for client leadership to evaluate

The candidate must display the following technical competencies:- In-depth knowledge of data and business requirement and corporate priorities.- Advanced ability to gather/refine complex business requirements, analyze and recommend or make decisions on business requirements/interdependencies.- Advanced ability to develop complex business cases.- Advanced ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations.- Advanced ability to present complex positions and strategies for business decisions, processes and plans.- In-depth knowledge of compliance principles.- In-depth understanding of the data and business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.- Advanced ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.- Map "as-is" and "to-be" process flows.- Work with various teams to create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria (i.e the product backlog).- Work with various teams to organize the backlog in a system (i.e JIRA).- Help the team groom the product backlog by understanding the purpose, prioritizing the stories, organizing the stories, and ensuring a complete description of the solution.- Discuss with all business, customer, technical team, and product owner to make sure that there is no gap at any level.- Prepare documents including design flow and wireframes.- Put together test plan and test cases, and perform UAT.- Help the team refine and maintain the product backlog and project documentation.

Technical SkillSQL, PowerBI/Tableau, ETL, and any computer coding languages.
