Responsibilities
- Analyze and visualize enrollment, BEV, vehicle diagnostics data and identify gaps
- Be the data and business subject matter expertise for architects, engineers, developers, and other various technical teams
- Gather, refines and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues
- Analyze business operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to look for opportunities for enhancement.
- Assist in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed
- Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to specifications
- Facilitate communication and gains commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategies
- Develop complex business cases

Academic/Experience/Competency:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of data, analytics, visualization, and IT work experience
- 3 to 5 years of data and business analyst experience
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Take personal ownership and responsibility for all deliverables
- Ability to create and present materials for leadership
Technical Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of data and business requirement and corporate priorities.
- Advanced ability to gather/refine complex business requirements, analyze and recommend or make decisions on business requirements/interdependencies.
- Advanced ability to develop complex business cases.
- Advanced ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations.
- Advanced ability to present complex positions and strategies for business decisions, processes and plans.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance principles.
- In-depth understanding of the data and business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.
- Advanced ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
- Map "as-is" and "to-be" process flows.
- Work with various teams to create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria (i.e the product backlog).
- Work with various teams to organize the backlog in a system (i.e JIRA).
- Help the team groom the product backlog by understanding the purpose, prioritizing the stories, organizing the stories, and ensuring a complete description of the solution.
- Discuss with all business, customer, technical team, and product owner to make sure that there is no gap at any level.
- Prepare documents including design flow and wireframes.
- Put together test plan and test cases, and perform UAT.
- Help the team refine and maintain the product backlog and project documentation.
Technical Skill
SQL, PowerBI/Tableau, ETL, and any computer coding languages.
