Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for growing MLTSS business by collaborating with departments across the organization to achieve strategic and corporate business objectives. Interprets national and state MLTSS policy and regulatory guidance to understand business impact. Provides MLTSS expertise to develop and implement MLTSS programs in a highly matrixed environment. This role requires a dynamic individual to work across multiple disciplines and business units to implement and manage programs that enable older adults and individuals with disabilities to live independently in a setting of their choice while improving health outcomes and quality of life.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Interprets LTSS requirements for new and expanding markets to inform implementation strategies.
Recommends and implements approved MLTSS business programs in conjunction with Business Development and Health Plans.
Evaluates business results, recommends opportunities, and implements initiatives to achieve business goals.
Job Qualifications
**REQU I RED ED U C A TI O N**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Sciences or related health care field or equivalent experience.
**REQU I RED E X PE R I E N C E**:
- 8+ years management experience in health care operations or similar field, including direct supervision of customer service, member grievances and appeals, benefits administration, claims, or provider services.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including experience interpreting and complying with regulatory guidance and agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment with resources in a variety of remote locations spanning multiple time zones.

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field

Licensed clinician preferred.

**Pay Range**: $122,430.44 - $238,739.35 / ANNUAL
