A private not-for-profit Single County Authority for Drug and Alcohol Services is seeking a qualified Fiscal Officer 2 with strong accounting background and financial management skills for its administration office in Stroudsburg, PA. Prior fiscal experience in a Drug and Alcohol or other social service setting a plus.
Position is responsible for overall fiscal operations; Accounts Payable/Receivable, Agency Budgeting, Payroll, Quarterly/Annual Fiscal reporting to PA Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs and other agencies, ensuring compliance with required financial regulations. Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is a must.
Position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30, with starting salary of $64,542.40, increasing to $67,766.40 after successful completion of six-month probationary period. Excellent benefit pkg. incl. healthcare coverages paid at 90% for employees, long-term disability and life ins., 15 paid holidays, other Paid Time Off earnings and generous 401K Plan.
