Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting and resolving computer issues. An experienced and knowledgeable professional with hands-on experience with different tools of repair and maintaining computer hardware, software and network/Internet issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- PC system troubleshooting and support experience in a LAN environment
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and all Office products
- Troubleshooting experience and understanding of e-mail in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting Microsoft products in the 365 environment.
- Break/fix experience with desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and scanners
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
