Sterile Eyedrop Filling Operator

Position: Sterile Eyedrop Filling OperatorLocation: City of CommerceJob Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities:
- Operate and maintain eyedrop filling machines within an ISO 5 aseptic cleanroom environment.
- Perform aseptic filling of eyedrop bottles, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP standards.
- Follow sterile gowning procedures and maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols.
- Monitor the filling process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure the sterility and integrity of the filled products.
- Document all activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the filling equipment or process.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure continuous improvement in the aseptic filling process.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or pharmaceutical training is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile filling of eyedrops or similar sterile pharmaceutical products.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and aseptic processing.
- Experience working in an ISO 5 cleanroom environment.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining eyedrop filling machines or similar equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
