Material and Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the flow of carpentry materials within the organization
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate records of carpentry material transactions and inventory levels
- Identify areas for improvement in carpentry materials management processes
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations related to the company and industry, and respond promptly and appropriately.Qualifications:

- Previous experience in materials coordination or supply chain management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Carpentry knowledge to understand the technical specifications of materials is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor management
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize profit loss
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets, to drive audience engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)

Monday - Friday
7am - 4pm

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
