About the Role:

As the Digital Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s social and digital media presence. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential in capturing, editing, and producing compelling visual content that engages our audience across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the ownership and office manager to schedule and execute off-site content creation, ensuring all digital media efforts align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos at events, ensuring they are engaging and on-brand.
  • Editing: Edit photos and videos to produce polished and professional content.
  • Visual and Written Content: Develop creative visual and written content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work with the videography team to produce cohesive digital marketing materials.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients through social media platforms and websites, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
