**Hybrid Telework Opportunity**

This role will be instrumental in reshaping the landscape of health care payments. Working under the guidance of the Value-Based Payment Group Manager, you will spearhead the development of new alternative payment model (APM) standards that will be adopted by payers and providers. Your responsibility will include conducting thorough research and analysis to track the adoption of APMs, as well as creating dynamic dashboards, compelling data visualizations, and summaries of analyses for public reporting. Building positive relationships with external stakeholders and facilitating internal and external communications will also be an integral aspect of this role. This position will focus on promoting equitable, high-quality, and cost-efficient care, while fostering collaboration among payers and providers to enhance overall health care affordability through the implementation of value-based payment models.
