- The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining positive vendor relationships and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while also assisting with daily A/P functions.

**Essential Role Functions**
- Process/file vendor invoices, credits, billbacks into system.
- Set up new vendors/ensure vendor information is current
- Weekly check run, check run report and cash flow report
- Sales Team and management expense approval
- Reconcile/post credit card statements
- Process daily ACH/Wire payments
- All other assigned duties

**Work Experience/Requirements for This Role**
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Microsoft Dynamics, SAP knowledge preferable

**Schedule**
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST or 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST
- Work Location: Vintage Food - Kearny, NJ Office
