**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent guest services by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
- Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with event management, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of activities
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote our services and engage with customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Conflict management skills to effectively resolve customer issues
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Knowledge of food service procedures is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
