Additionally, you will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, schedule staff, and uphold Cold Stone's standards for product quality and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train and coach employees and team leaders to deliver exceptional quality and service.
- Act as a backup for employees as necessary for providing service to customers
- Handle POS transactions and maintain accuracy
- Delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up to ensure completion.
- Hold the team accountable for their performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the team provides fast and friendly service to create a positive customer experience.
- Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs while maintaining excellent service levels.
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed to maintain accuracy and security.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure product availability.
- Oversee daily operations, including cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide top-notch customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Uphold Cold Stone's standards for product quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and support their initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous management experience in the food service or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate a team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a drive for success.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
