Chiropractic Assistant/receptionist

Looking for a chiropractic assistant/ front desk receptionist.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Collect payments
- Keep front desk area clean and organized
- Call patient to confirm next day appointments
- Prepare all files for the next day
- Print doctor schedule for the next day
- Empty trashes
- Prepare and organize all therapy rooms for the next day (pillowcases, blanket etc.)
- Receive packages, organize inventory
- End of the day charges and receipts/ daily reports
- Setting patients on therapy tables (decompression/ infrared)
- Setting patients on blood pressure cuff (automatic cuff)

Skills required:

- Ability to adapt to change within the office

You will be working with another employee so cooperating skills are a must.

Individuals must be outgoing and friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.

This position is a great opportunity with possibility to grow within the office.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
