Auto Damage Estimator

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Damage Estimator to join our team. As an Auto Damage Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing and estimating the cost of repairs for automotive vehicles. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to accurately transmit information between customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Assess and inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs, including parts and labor
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and answer any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair plans
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with auto body repair specialists and other professionals as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed repairs

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Proficiency in auto estimating software and tools
- Familiarity with air brake systems and auto body repair techniques
- Experience in automotive sales or auto service management is a plus
- Bilingual preferred, Spanish

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Previous experience as an Auto Estimator or in a related role
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in CCC Estimating program
- Clear understanding of BAR auto law and regulations

Pay: $32,640.00 - $75,000.00 per year
