**PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR I - HUMAN RESOURCES / TRANSACTIONS / SACRAMENTO HEADQUARTERS**

The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters in Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the general supervision of the Personnel Supervisor II.

The Personnel Supervisor I (PS I) is responsible for the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluation of the fundamental functions and procedures assigned to the Personnel Transactions Unit. This position has a variety of duties that require a high degree of initiative and independence of action, diplomacy, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues, demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, and produce quality work.

The PS I must support the Departments commitment to equal employment opportunities and maintain a work environment free from discrimination and sexual harassment. Exercises a high degree of professionalism, tact and judgment, and the ability to provide excellent customer service and perform work in a sensitive and confidential manner.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated as telework eligible-remote centered.
