We are looking for an enthusiastic bottle server to provide an excellent guest experience, fast-paced, passion for the nightlife industry, has strong communication skills, and work well in a high-energy environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests in selecting bottles and mixers from the menu
- Disposing of litter in down time (throughout the club)
- Manage and serve bottles to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Supporting staff in other duties as required
- Monitor and ensure the safety of guests by adhering to responsible serving practices
- Upsell and promote additional bottle service and menu items
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and fellow team members
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure all credit card transactions are accurately processed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle credit card transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pound

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and managers
- Must be able to maintain an upbeat attitude in difficult situations
- Must be able to maintain composure under pressure in situations where speed is required
- Must be able to follow instructions when working within established procedures. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision or supervision that includes other employees with higher levels of training and experience
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend bend reach above their heads
- Must be able to work in high or low temperatures throughout the day

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
